He’s grown True North from 4 to 24 people, all while navigating the ever-changing accounting profession.

Curtis
Partner, CPA
Curtis connects with people naturally and enjoys building relationships with clients. He is always quick to respond and has a sincere desire to help people. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (or CPA, formerly known as Chartered Accountant), and has a decade of experience in small business accounting and tax.
Curtis will fight the CRA for you, and work all night to make sure your deadlines are met. He’s patient and happy to explain things to clients several times, making sure no one leaves his office confused. (He’s known for coming up with ridiculous analogies to help.) Partner, CPA
When you first reach out to True North Accounting, the first person you may hear from is Dil – and he wouldn’t have it any other way. Dil is our Director of Business Development & Culture and he’s passionate about helping small businesses grow. He wants to ensure all of our clients have a positive experience when dealing with True North Accounting.
Dil obtained his CA/CPA with Deloitte and also spent time working as a Management Consultant. He uses that experience to help clients develop growth strategies for their own businesses. Dil received his Bachelors of Commerce Degree (with Honors) from the University of Alberta. In his spare time, he enjoys staying active by going on hikes and playing basketball.
